A Chicken Sandwich. Real numbers.
Add ingredients and a selling price. Dishboard calculates cost per serving, flags margin issues, suggests the right price, and shows what each delivery channel leaves in your pocket.
Three steps from ingredient to confident price.
Add ingredients
Enter what you buy: name, unit, and price. Set yield if needed. Add packaging and prep recipes the same way.
Build a dish
Pick ingredients, set quantities in any unit, add packaging and extras. The cost per portion calculates live as you type.

Common questions
Will I be charged after August 31, 2026?▾
No. You will not be charged automatically. When paid billing launches, you can choose whether to continue on Pro or use the Free plan.
Why is Pro free right now?▾
We are opening Dishboard to real food businesses so we can collect feedback, improve the product, and make sure it works well for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, and delivery kitchens.
Is Dishboard a POS or inventory system?▾
No. It is a calm workspace for recipe costing and menu margins. We deliberately leave POS, inventory deduction, and accounting to other tools.
What if I just want to organize my recipes?▾
That works too. You can keep recipe cards and prep recipes without ever entering a price, and add costs later when you are ready.
Can I include packaging and delivery fees?▾
Yes. Packaging can be part of the recipe cost, and delivery channels can include commission, payment fees, fixed fees, discounts, and partner-specific assumptions.
Can I import my ingredient spreadsheet?▾
Yes. Pro workspaces can import ingredients and supplies from CSV, then use those costs inside menu items.
Do you handle yield and waste?▾
Yes. Set a yield % on raw ingredients and prep recipes use real output yield to cost what actually goes in.
Can I print Recipe Cards for staff?▾
Yes. Recipe Cards hide costs by default. Owners can also export a Costing Sheet that includes costs, margins, and suggested prices.
